In a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: natural state property. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use). 160 m long narrow motor access. Parking at the house. Shop 1 km, grocery 2.6 km, restaurant 1.9 km, bus stop 250 m, railway station "Brienz" 2.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.7 km. Walking paths from the house 20 m, skisport facilities 17 km. Nearby attractions: Freilichtmuseum Ballenberg, Giessbach Wasserfälle. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Meiringen - Hasliberg, Brienz Axalp. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Brienzersee. Hiking paths: Haslital, Rosenlaui. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.

Too expensive for what you get. Bathroom just updated, but with apologies for incorrectly placed shower enclosure. Result: plastic shower curtain, stuck with tape. Bad Wi-Fi. The bank had also had its day. No suitable, too thin cushions on kitchen chairs. Positive: very clean.

The apartment is well located for those looking for peace and quiet. You are quickly in Brienz and the view of Lake Brienz is unique. Good location for bike trips. Near the Ballenberg open-air museum.

A lovely, quiet apartment on the top floor of a family home. Clean, spacious, well designed, with all facilities. Wonderful view from the balcony of the ever-changing light and weather over Lake Brienzersee. A car is useful although there is an hourly bus to/from the lake/village. Many nice walks direct from the house, or within 30 mins by car. The lake is gorgeous to swim in. Regina and family provided a warm, helpful welcome, and we were very happy here. We would definitely return.

The location of the house is impressive, with views of the lake and the mountains. There is an incredible tranquility. XXX is a charming woman, willing to help in everything we need. It has been an unforgettable experience.

We spent a very nice time in the holiday home. The apartment is very comfortably furnished, clean and well maintained, bed linen and towels are provided. The landlady was very nice. We parked our car right in front of the house, but it is also very easy to reach by bus from Brienz (only about 7 minutes). The view from the terrace is unique, Oberschwanden and the surrounding area are extremely beautiful! Absolute recommendation!

It has been a pleasure to enjoy this accommodation. Its location and views over Lake Brienzsee are exceptional. The house is in perfect condition and the welcome of the owners very pleasant. The only point to improve is the internet coverage that is lost in some areas of the house.
