The location with direct access to the lake inspired us. The garden is well maintained and has a very good, permanently installed barbecue. We had our canoe with us and could start directly from the garden.

The house is right on the lake. The biotope is beautiful... It offers enough space for a large family. It was great that there were 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. The space in the living area is generous and everyone will find their own feel-good corner. The facade of the house shows that it has been by the lake for a number of years and is therefore exposed to the weather. There are many cobwebs. We took 2 deckchairs with us so that all 6 had an opportunity to have 2-3 seat cushions

The generous and spacious house with its large garden is in a prime location right on the lake. The Brienz region offers many different opportunities for relaxation, hiking, biking, etc.

Very Good: The outdoor area lawn, table, bench, parasol and view. The storage room (old garage) is very practical. Inadequate: Bedroom on the ground floor cannot be used, it smells very strongly of moisture, as does the contents of the bed. The lighting in the cooking area is dim, as well as in the bathrooms. Dining area is lacking. In the bedrooms on the 2nd floor, there is no possibility of darkening with two windows. The contents of the bed, pillows too small with too little content, duvet too thin.

The house is large but not very furnished, especially the living room. The view is magnificent but the cleaning needs to be reviewed. The linen is used and we preferred to use our own. We had a problem at the time of the delivery of the deposit not having had a written receipt. When the keyholder is an individual, everything is based on trust. We don't do an inventory at the entrance, but we do an inspection at the exit. It is not logical. We give 500 euros as a deposit and we do not receive a receipt in exchange. I prefer when you go to an Interhome office.

Beautiful house with all necessary amenities. Bedrooms 2nd floor only no curtains. Difficult for the grandchildren who also have to sleep during the day.
