We have rented this apartment for several years and it is clear that there are some things that have changed over time and need to be improved: - the sofas are worn out (the upholstery is stained, the arms fall off and sag...). - the washing machine stops and does not spin. - The furniture on the terrace is old. If they changed or improved these details it would be great.

We had problems in the apartment with the chairs (the loose seats), the mattresses have already worked enough, all the springs are stuck, no curtains, most importantly the controls of the ceramic hob are sunken and you can't start it because you can't see the power or control how it works. THE BEST OF ALL IS THAT YOU CALL THE AGENCY AND THEY SEND THE TECHNICIANS AND THEY TELL YOU THAT THEY HAVE TO CHANGE IT AND YOU FIND OUT THAT THE PERSON WHO RECOMMENDED US ALREADY HAD IT THE PREVIOUS YEAR, WHICH WAS POOR.

The urbanization and the proximity of the beach is very good. The downside on that floor is that the curtains are missing and the mattresses are very bad. It is the biggest drawback that the apartment has, otherwise it is very good. With you everything is fine. Regards AR

The best: - location - Cleanliness - Quick delivery of keys - 24h telephone service The worst: - The indications were not good as they referred to the block with the color of the facade instead of the block number. - It lacks Wifi when we were told that the apartment DOES include Wifi. - Some small problem with the kitchenware. I would rent again.
