"Al Zur", 4-room terraced house 160 m2 on 3 levels. Practical and comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with digital TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer). On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning.

The house is in a great location, nice and quiet, safe and clean. The kitchen is functionally equipped. We had to buy a few new utensils on site because they didn't work (hair dryer, knife, cutting board, peeler, power cable). Unfortunately the WiFi didn't work. Despite complaining, it wasn't fixed, which is a shame.

We spent 7 nights with friends in this villa in Dénia. The house is very clean and perfect for everyone to have their space while living together. The swimming pool shared by the whole residence is quite hard to find (maybe better indicated) but it is very good and has a perfect temperature. In terms of location, it is quite far from everything on foot but it is still doable (20 min from the first beach, 40 min from the center and 40 min from the main beach).

Although the house is correct, it was not a good experience. The directions to get to the house are not clear, the WIFI did not work all weekend, very little mobile coverage in the house, they do not provide the key to access the garage. Upon arrival, the house does not have basics such as courtesy toilet paper and the fridge does not cool. Some neighbor closed the water stopcock and it took us a long time to find where it was to have water again.
