The situation of the villa is very good if you have a vehicle (obligated). By car you are 5 minutes from the beach and restaurants. For the children there is a carnival not very far from the supermarkets but you will have to go there by car. You are an hour and a half from Valencia for outings Regarding the villa, it is beautiful but there are only one air-conditioned. The 3rd is 3m2, don't count on sleeping in it. the swimming pool is fine and unsecured.

Disappointed with the villa, it's not 3 bedrooms, there's one it's a closet, and I'm not exaggerating. As for the air conditioning, only one that works, that of the dining room. As for the barbecue did not work very well, it went out every minute. Small pool and deckchair glued together because there is no place to put them.

Villa, pleasant with beautiful swimming pool, air conditioning in 1 bedroom and living room with 2 sofa bed, fan in 3rd bedroom. Quiet area, Close to shops and center (7min by car) 3 indoor parking spaces, gates, Appliances OK. (Gas barbecue not working) Tv (German satellite but USB and HDMI port)

Arrived at a nice and clean house with a delicious pool. Is well maintained and has the Spanish charm. Lovely quiet location. However, the wifi was poor. Can definitely recommend the house

It is a cozy house, everything in very good condition, and very comfortable because it is a spacious house but not too big, and you have all the necessary utensils. The pool is in optimal conditions, it covers almost all of it. The views are spectacular and it is very well located.
