The apartment has a great location. However, the furnishings are extremely dated. The balcony furniture is extremely unstable, and there's not enough seating for 8 people at the indoor dining table. Unfortunately, the cleanliness didn't meet our expectations either. Dirty kitchen appliances and sheets. A very strong sewer smell came from both bathrooms. We didn't use the roof terrace because the door to the roof terrace wouldn't open.

Location, community services and apartment structure are difficult to improve. Internal maintenance problems in the apartment are easy to solve and would make it perfect.
