Good: swimming pools in the complex. Storage room with the apartment, right on the beach with great views from the balcony. Appliances in good condition. Elevator and parking. The air conditioning worked very well. Bad: The kitchen could be renovated. The WIFI is very slow. The bathroom could also use a few repairs. Horrible smell of pipes. Very thin walls.
