House with a small, well-enclosed garden. About 25 m2 of garden, Living room about 25 m2. Sofa to be replaced, very uncomfortable absolutely because you can feel all the slats and some are probably broken. Complete household appliances in very good condition. 1 toilet on the ground floor. Bedrooms upstairs with very good quality bedding. Bathroom with toilet upstairs with bathtub clean overall, except the bathtub which has traces of rust at the siphon. Very good location.
