The apartment is good, however the description needs to be reviewed. There is no balcony as the photos might suggest, it is a loggia which is open onto the interior balconies of the other apartments, the apartment is at the mezzanine level so no balcony. It is indicated that it is located 800 meters from the beach, in reality the first is 1.3 km away, so you have to take your car all the time. The shops and restaurants are no longer 300 or 400 meters away because they are closed.
