Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn and flowers, swimming pool kidney shaped (11 x 6 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, patio, terrace, garden furniture, single garage, public parking on the road. Grocery 2.5 km, restaurant 50 m.

Exteriors perfect top which raises the note.Pisicne, palm trees, lawn, maintained it is really beautiful. On the other hand, the interior really needs a big refresh, it's a shame. Shower, dilapidated bathtub, rusty bottom drain. Kitchen furniture that crumbles at first glance, hood that holds up with scotch tape, air conditioning that leaks in a room. We stayed in the 80s. Please note that the floor is rented, despite this we had a good stay.

We went with children and we were great. The pool is a joy, big to be an exclusive pool of the house. It will measure about 11 meters and cover between 1.20 and 2.10 meters. It gives you the sun all day. The solarium area is also very spacious. The house well, maybe a little old and trotted. For example, the sofa is to change, the beds are good. The kitchenware and others very well, we do not miss anything. The ground floor is closed, only the upper part is rented.

The pool is great. Large and chlorine free. The house has all the necessary appliances. Oven, fridge, washing machine, air conditioning the great facilities The super old bathrooms (there is even a man-only toilet built into the wall) What I liked the least is that ONLY the upper part is rented (which is not specified anywhere moment in the announcement of the house) It is very close to the beach (as you can park there) it is really crowded on weekends.

Very comfortable and pleasant, well equipped, fully air-conditioned and close to the beach, total security: impossible to enter or leave when it is locked - beautiful, well-maintained swimming pool. Wifi very popular with teenagers. 2 downsides: stoves too small for 6 people, but of good quality which is rare for rental. And only 1 set of keys for 6. After some discussion, we got 2 more. Indispensable, including for the safety of the occupants. Fortunately one of us spoke fluent Spanish because it took a lot of talking.
