Villa Maria

We spent 3 weeks in August 2024. The house is very comfortable and pleasant, the bedding is excellent as well as the air conditioning. The swimming pool is beautiful and very large, well maintained several times a week. Rental to recommend for a large family like ours.

The house needs good maintenance, what is not broken is in poor condition or dirty the best the pool, good customer service

The house was filthy all over the walls. Stains in every room stank of sweat or mold. Half of the devices didn't work. Climate has dripped water. The only good thing was swimming pool. If I could, I'd undo it

There were quite a few things broken before we arrived

The pool was dirty. It smelled a lot like sewer when you were on the porch of the house and in the pool, we did not know where it came from, until we discovered that on the side of the house everything that was thrown through the kitchen sink came out through a tube straight into a big stinky puddle in the dirt. We have not been able to use the deckchairs in the pool, they were broken. In general the state of the house was neglected and dirty. An oven was not working, the kitchenware was disgusting.

Our stay at Villa Maria has been very pleasant, quiet place. The facilities when we arrived in one of the rooms did not lower the blind and there were two burned out light bulbs in two bathrooms and the pool was not very clean but we called and the next day we had it fixed except for the pool that did not come, the house could be better cared for. We have generally enjoyed a few relaxing days and my daughter had a great time.
