Very nice villa with a large swimming pool, large covered terrace and plenty of space in the common areas. Ideal for a large family as it was for us.

A lovely pleasant stay.The villa is about a 15 min walk from shops and lovely restaurants. Fabulous location with an amazing clean beach about 25 min walk. The villa is clean and held my family of 11 really well. There is a bunk bed room in the circular room. All rooms are on one floor. pool was clean and tidy. Only one set of bed covers /sheets available and pillows were very flat.10 sun beds and open access to canal where boats pass.Which we enjoyed. I don’t recommend for young children.

Various facilities were not functional (e.g. automatic gate, fly screen). The garden was in a very unkempt condition, the house was not prepared for the upcoming season. The equipment of kitchen utensils was insufficient, especially for smaller groups (only 10-man cauldron).

You have to go to the office where you will be handed the key and then figure it out yourself. Nothing is explained and there is no information where everything can be found and what should be in the house. The pictures of the house are from 10 years ago so it is a bit of faded glory. It was dirty and a lot was broken and that was not from recent months.

We rented this wonderful villa with our children and grandchildren. The villa is very well located and equipped. The view of the canal is superb. We had a wonderful vacation.
