The location of the house on the canal is great, nice big pool. The house needs a lot of improvement. The cupboards smell so musty that we couldn't put any clothes in them. The children's room always smells musty despite airing it out. The first Dolce Gusto coffee was lukewarm, the second cold. At night a mouse was wreaking havoc in a kitchen cupboard. The shower water was either boiling hot or lukewarm. I wish that the hefty price increases would be used for modernization and basic cleaning.
