A lot of furniture and objects are broken or very dirty. Cooking pots were very dirty and no longer usable. Toaster was defective so the fuse was activated. The shortcomings were fixed at short notice, but you don't feel like you've started your vacation well. This is a pity. The garbage containers are emptied at night, which is associated with noise.

Unfortunately there were various devices that did not work during the whole week. - TV during the whole stay - dishwasher - blinds were defective (had to be patched) - lamp fell out of position. However, the service workers were quickly on site

Indeed the rental is very well located ten minutes walk from the shops and the beach which allows you not to take your car and to do everything on foot and at the same time to be in a very quiet street Simple rental but everything has conforms to the announcement

We start on a positive note; Interhome's coordination was correct and neat. Then the critical note; Our expectations of the rented house were high (€ 3,600 for 2 weeks) *Unfortunately, this is disappointing in practice, the house is quite dated inside. *The garden furniture is simple 'Blokker' chairs and beds without cushions! * Next to the house are waste containers that are emptied in the middle of the night and where there is a lot of traffic. * No swimming pool landing net to clean.

House well located and in a quiet area & close to the center / beach. The state of the yard is deplorable because not cleaned: a lot of dirt and wild herbs. Nice swimming pool but filtration stopped automatically from 6 p.m. to 8:30 a.m. (???). Garbage containers are just behind the fence of the house (photo to be added to the ad): passages for garbage dump + garbage truck every night (at any time: your choice, 1 - 4 or 5 hours) It's a shame, the house is attractive.

Everything is okay inside, except for the sofa in the living room. Pool ok, but the rest in the outside area not so, plates wobble, weeds proliferate, lounge chairs only hard plaise, seating outside totally dirty

This was the second year that we stayed in this villa in Empuriabrava. Lovely villa with everything you could need. Spacious and clean and air con in all rooms, which you don’t always get else where. Main restaurants and shops are 10 min walk away, which is great. We ate out every night and found a large variety and excellent choice of restaurants. The main strip has lots of restaurants but if you venture to the front/beach area you get better value for money and the food was superb!

Apartment ready for occupancy at 5:00 p.m. Even after cleaning, sand everywhere. Air conditioning unit on the ground floor was defective, the parking air conditioning unit from one of the bedrooms was placed on the ground floor as a replacement, but without exhaust air to the outside, ie the device has heated up! Waste container right on the fence of the villa, a lot of noise when glass was disposed of. From 2:00 a.m. picking up the contents of the container with a truck - you fall out of bed! The television can only be switched off by pulling the plug. Defective hood and lamps.

I have always been satisfied when I rented by interhom, but this time I would like to make a few remarks 1st housekeeping was poor: 2nd, the air conditioning only worked in two rooms on the 1st floor, not in the bedroom downstairs or in an upstairs bedroom and in the large downstairs room no joystick to operate it. No hair dryer No toaster Alone The pool was well maintained the person came twice a week to check it Beware of the tiles in the outdoor shower very slippery is very dangerous

The villa was clean and very well equipped. Only 6 of us stayed but plenary of room for 8 as advertised. The pool was brilliant, cleaned and check twice a week. Location was perfect, short walk to town and beach. The town had lots of choice for eating out and the nearest Supermarket in the town had lots of choice and was very reasonably priced. Normally town supermarkets are expensive and only good for essentials but you don’t need to venture any further. Check in and out was speedy and easy. Wi-if was excellent, which in a must with teenagers. Air Con in all bedrooms and living area. This was a must, especially at night. The only down side was that we had a few power cuts at the beginning of our holiday , sometimes for a few hours. This was not just the villa but the whole street. I think the whole town was struggling as it was an unusually hot period. However , we had a great holiday and would definitely recommend it. We will definitely be going back.
