Accommodation in a very nice location, furnishings a bit outdated, very nice and super friendly briefing when handing over the keys. No private parking space for the apartment, no WIFi. Equipment in the kitchen could be better, pans in poor condition. Great location, many Shops nearby, old town within walking distance.

Big problem of paid parking and very limited in time. I did not see any warning on the rental description.

Very noisy. Dirty walls and doors. Insufficient crockery and cutlery. Cleaning of the common parts of the building leaving something to be desired.

We were in this apartment for the second time after 2 years. The positive is the location and the beautiful view of the bay, but the negative is the worn and not clean condition. Dirt in the cupboards, peeled windows and balcony doors, rusted bathtub and drain. But the worst are the dogs on the neighboring terrace. Like 2 years ago, the little one is yapping continuously (sometimes at night). In addition, the terrace is both from the little one now also totally urinated and defecated by a new big dog. The record was 6 heaps, which were only removed every 3–4 days. That is of course very pleasant when you have breakfast on the balcony in the morning and have to endure this view. Conclusion: the 2nd and the last time !!!

Superb view from the terrace. Reasonable price. Excellent location. Bedding that leaves something to be desired, not comfortable. No French channel on TV. No Wifi. Poor quality kitchen equipment (pots, pans, cutlery, etc.), good electric stove and good coffee maker. Rusty tub in the bathroom.
