No parking space available to starion our vehicle we had to park in a place of a neighboring tenant. Be careful if you are looking for calm: lots of passing cars sometimes at incredible speed! Apart from that the apartment is well decorated, clean, quite cozy as in the photos but don't expect more space than that, really just for 4 people. The adult bed is too small for a couple!
