It is a pity that the house is not well maintained. It is a beautiful house that with good maintenance could have been perfect. Broken or missing curtains, many burned out light bulbs, TV that does not work, many stains on walls from crushed mosquitoes, neglected gym. A pity, since the situation and the house is wonderful.

Very pretty house. We were pleasantly surprised with the space, seeing the canal with the beautiful infinity pool. Everyone was delighted and the typology of the house is really nice. The only point of shadow is at the level of the equipment (basic). Remember to bring everything (toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, paper towel, .... trash bag, all the amenities even for a short stay).

We had a wonderful holiday with our friends, children and grandchildren. Large indoor and outdoor space, we didn't get in each other's way! Lovely pool and garden. Reasonable walk to the beach and boulevard. In short, a beautiful house, with some minor defects here and there, but which are easy to solve, which would only make the condition of the house better. Recommended!

Nothing to say about the beauty of the villa and the quality equipment: 2 American fridges, air conditioning, tumble dryer, washing machine etc ..... except if we look in detail: sauna out of order, top terrace lighting does not work , pool lighting not functional, the TVs are over 15 years old and no instructions explaining how they work: there are at least 6 or 7 remote controls under the TV, the electrical panel is stashed at the back of a kitchen cupboard: another one small guide could be provided or a person could come to our arrival to explain a minimum. And especially unheated swimming pool so 16 ° at the beginning of May it is really too fair, while there is a heating for the swimming pool but not in service and the rental agency replied that it did not heat a swimming pool during this period ... .
