Crockery and cutlery very old and worn. Beds very small and the mattresses weren't the best either. The rattan group on the terrace could not be used because the cushions were missing, there were 2 sun loungers. The deck chairs in the garage were very dirty and unusable. We came with 2 people, there was enough space. The pool was clean. Each lock needed a different key

The Alberes 28b is a lovely holiday home in Empuriabrava. It is on a side street where you can park right in front of the house. Unfortunately, only a small car fits on the property. The equipment is ok. Everything you need is there. For me the mattresses were a bit uncomfortable, but acceptable. Minor flaws have been fixed. The sliding gate jams badly. We thought it was locked and not open. The pool was cleaned and checked weekly. Lots of mosquitos and dogs ....

The +: Spacious house, large bedroom, large living room, well placed in relation to the city, garage and parking space in the closed garden, The -: Bedding, cleanliness of the exterior, bird droppings on the entire terrace, cleanliness generally to be reviewed, blanket to be changed or washed because it has a bad odor. Depending on the direction of the wind, the house is in the take-off axis of the airfield, performing parachute jumps very very regularly.
