For shared use: garden (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool (8 x 3 m, depth 80 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, tennis. In the house: lift. Single garage. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Dimension: height 270 cm width 540 cm. Grocery 90 m, supermarket 200 m, restaurant 160 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Wonderful views, excellent host, proximity to multiple restaurants and the formidable beach, but a lot of noise from both the Restaurants and the Urban Toilet at 5am and 8am. Furniture, mattresses, pillows, old and lousy and too small beds not suitable for large people, Precarious kitchen and there is no place to store clothes and you must leave them in the suitcase. Excellent that it has covered parking and a Megane fits perfectly. The best location in Playa Ostende.

We went the first week of September with a 2 and a half year old girl and a 2 month old baby. The views of the apartment are spectacular. It is very well located, about 20 minutes walk from the center and with a small pool. It is not too accessible if you want to move around with a pushchair, it has an elevator but there is a lot of steps in the entire facility. The mattresses in the house are very bad, the windows are very dirty and basic utensils are missing in the kitchen.Otherwise we loved it

The location is wonderful. Bringing those sights to life has been tremendous. Close to everything. The entertainment area below is great. The pool is tiny but it is worth it for children. And the treatment of the fantastic staff, always available. We will try to return! But in household items it is very short: Cutlery for 4 people, 0 knives to cut. Dishes very stale, it has been difficult to cook like that. An Italian coffee maker is missing, not capsules. And the plate ... of the metal ones from a thousand years ago

Positive aspects: Location by the sea and overlooking the sea - close to shops or the city center (10 to 15 minutes) - apartment to the north allowing the apartment to be relatively cool in a heatwave - very clean apartment - Castro Urdiales : central position allowing easy access to Bilbao or Santander or to the south Reinosa - Thank you for the welcome gift "Less" positive aspects - Bars and Restaurants downstairs in noisy buildings until 1 am especially on Saturday evening - Bed 2 places in 120: a little tight But overall excellent week !!!
