The friendly manager or owner arrived at the agreed time to hand over the finca. However, there were a few issues: missing or unusable cooking utensils. The finca was not clean, even though cleaning staff had been there beforehand. Several things urgently need replacing, such as cushions for the loungers, a high chair, a cot, children's toys, etc. The stair railings ABSOLUTELY need to be fixed!

The price-performance ratio of this accommodation is unbeatable. It is beautifully and quietly located. Nevertheless, the connection is very good and you can be in Palma or at one of the beautiful bays or beaches that the south-east of Mallorca has to offer in just a few minutes (assuming you have a rental car). The accommodation itself offers plenty of space and is well equipped. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The process went smoothly.

Wonderful rustic house with a large plot in Sa Torre, just 30 minutes from Palma airport. Very quiet, rural environment, few tourists. The supervisor of the house on site is very courteous and nice. The house is highly recommended!
