The rental is well located, it is functional, but: Not clean, lack of a complete cleaning, Damaged shower palm, Fridge without light, dangerous terrace staircase (cut bar)... I reported it and showed the person who came to take the housing tax.

The location of the apartment with direct proximity to the beach (approx. 200m) is very good. The house is getting on in years from the outside, but that doesn't bother at first. The handover of the keys for the apartment was absolutely problem-free and very reliable by Alcudia Interhome - great! Unfortunately there are several defects in the apartment that were not visible in the pictures of the apartment. As a result, I had to spend additional time to report this so that I would not be prosecuted afterwards.
