The pictures describe the apartment very well. Everything is spacious and there is everything you need (in the kitchen and washroom). The beds are not saggy at all but rather "hard", which we found very comfortable. In summer the apartment will probably be very warm and the air conditioning will run a lot, which will make electricity consumption very expensive. The floor should always be cleaned before new guests arrive; dust is not a nice first impression.

Very spacious apartment with many defects. It was cold and, above all, damp. OK, it may not have been lived in for a long time, but it was still unpleasant. The air conditioning was only of limited help, there was no heating. A toilet is only accessible via the terrace, but OK. The actual bathroom could be heated using a small fan. The shower area was not so great. The bathroom has a kind of skylight shaft with a wire glass cover. The shaft is quite damp with moldy areas.

If you want a nice spacious apartment in a quiet town that is a good base for exploring the island, this could be the apartment for you. Binissalem has a good few restaurants and bars and a lovely town square. It’s not buzzing in late October, but then not many places are. We ate out 3 times in the town and all meals were nice and filled with locals.
