What a fantastic villa, pool and setting. It’s tucked away and very peaceful, 30 minutes from Palma airport and the coast. Hire car is essential. Accommodation excellent, quick response from owner. Couple of things to remember- the electric and eco tax is separate and we found there were no outside bins for rubbish which was a bit awkward

Sa Rota is a pleasant place to live, the quality of the facilities is very good, the swimming pool with slightly salty water is a refreshing haven of peace very pleasant when it is hot. We spent a stay far from mass tourism, it is exactly what we were looking for. The key holder was very responsive to answer our questions. The only downside is that access to the parking lot strewn with stones makes it a little difficult.

Remote control for electric gate broken from Sunday. Didn't get out with our car. Ants in the kitchen. No cleaning supplies. No German television programs. - Landlord could not be reached. Terrace and garden were very nice!

Went with friends. The finca is easily accessible and centrally located for activities. The journey from the airport takes about 35/40 minutes. Unfortunately, the dishwasher was broken (the door would not close). An initial supply of spices, washing-up liquid and dishcloths would be desirable. The place is very quiet, there is a small corner shop (below the small village square) where you can get the essentials quickly.
