The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen offering an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, a dining area with seating for six people, and a sitting area with a Smart TV and an electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a double with an en-suite shower room, two further doubles, along with a shower room. Outside, there is private rear decking with furniture and a hot tub, as well as communal parking at an on-site car park. Within 0.7 miles, you will find a shop and a pub. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the cost. Please be aware that this is a pet-free and a non-smoking property. A memorable stay awaits at The Carse. Note: There are steps leading up to the decking, please take care. Note: There is an on-site bar/restaurant, but it is only available for private functions. Note: WiFi is currently only available in the communal areas. For stays over 25th December, Christmas lunch is included in the rental, subject to party size.

Errol is a picturesque riverfront town in Perth and Kinross, close to the lively cities of Perth and Dundee. The village is well-known for the prestigious stately mansion of Errol Park and has a fair range of activities, including the Cairn O'Mohr Winery, the Middlebank Driving Range, and scenic walks along the River Tay, such as the Taybank Circular Path. The Errol Pub, the AliBob Café, and The Errol Fish Bar are among the dining options, while two neighbouring convenience stores are available for supplies.
