Hosting two bedrooms, including a ground-floor double and a twin with a sofa bed, along with a ground-floor bathroom, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is also a kitchen and a living/dining room with woodburning stove. Outside there is off-road parking and a rear garden with furniture, picnic area and gazebo. Area
Resting near the mouth of the River Nith is the market town of Dumfries, which is known as the Queen of the South and is rich in history. There is evidence that King Arthur fought in the area and a meeting was held between Malcom Canmore and William the Conqueror in Dumfries. In present day, Dumfries is a bustling town within easy reach of sandy beaches, as well as forestry for excellent walking and cycling on the 7 stanes trails.
