Description
On an alleyway that leads down to the bank of the Grand Canal, A Call For Peace is in something of a magical position. Inside, it’s surprisingly modern, which is unusual for Venice, but some of the original structural features have been kept on to tie the flat to the history of its setting. It’s a nice touch, and works really well. Given the layout of the bedrooms, it feels like it would work particularly well for families, and the proximity to all the main attractions backs that up.
Home truths: *The ceiling in the second bedroom is a little low
*We came across a few scratches on the parquet floors – nothing major, but good to know about Amenities
