Pleasant facility in a quiet location, well-equipped, with amenities such as air conditioning, dedicated parking space, swimming pool in the immediate vicinity. Cool neighborhood, possibility of cycling, good base for visiting famous places. I recommend a trip to Venice by sea (ferry from Chioggia) and then by bike to Lido and by water bus to the Pay of St. Mark. The route is easy and scenic

Well-equipped apartment with everything you need. Very clean and the large, clean pool was just around the corner. However, you had to pay €5 per day for 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. If you had something to complain about, it would be that there was no German TV.

Everything was fine, apartment, facility, pool were clean, the only downside and recommendation was mosquito repellent and cream to treat mosquito bites. Pool opening times should be adjusted as the pool is only open from 10am and is also closed from 1pm to 3pm.

The facility is great. 5 minutes walk to the center with all sorts of restaurants and shops. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to get to the beach. There is a large pool in the complex which I could see from the balcony. In the bedroom there is a double bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed for up to 2 people. The only negative was that the bathroom was too small. If you sat on the toilet you had to stand with your right foot in the shower cup. The shower cup is also very small.

Good day We stayed 14 days in Rosolina Mare. At first we were quite satisfied, but then, when we got into the apartment, it was over with JUHUII; there were no insect screens (in a region where there is water and humidity), and so we had a plague of mosquitoes for a whole 2 weeks, could not open the windows, otherwise the insects would get into the apartment. Then the next thing, the sink was broken and the Ceiling lamp in bedroom had no shade. The closets stank of a funny smell.

I am very pleased, commuting I thought it was a mistake, remote fields and old empty houses, a surprise on site, a beautiful complex with a swimming pool in the center of the town, close to everything, lots of attractions for children, tasty food (and I worked in Italy for a few years), I recommend a trip to chioggi (nice town), and from there by a water tram for 16 euros, return trip to St. Mark's square in venice (line no.19) directly, I was greeted at the reception by an Italian woman in Polish !!!

The apartment was very spacious and in good condition, a little dusting would be necessary. Kitchen equipped with what you need, some things unfortunately still dirty from the last user. The bathroom was clean and OK, only the sofa was very old and rancid. The pool was very good, a slide for the children would be recommended. The beach has enough private spaces, so with your own umbrella and deck chair, but is a little far from the accommodation if you have small children.

The only major downside is the tiny parking spaces. After parking the Ford Mondeo, it sticks out to the road about 0.5 m and it is impossible to get out of the car.

Highly recommended - close to everything, clean rooms, spacious, complete equipment, even more than in the description, and the pool is great - clean, without excess chlorine, with vigilant lifeguards. Families with children will enjoy their stay.
