Solmare Apartment 37

Since we had already stayed at the Solmare in 2023 (in the same apartment opposite) and were very satisfied, we were a little disappointed this year. The balconies were both covered in spider webs and the dirt seemed to have only been swept into the corners. On one balcony there was a table plus two chairs that were just as dirty and old! The cupboards inside smelled very musty, so we preferred to live out of our suitcases... But the staff were very helpful and friendly!

Apartment to the beach is 900m r

Large apartment for 7 people equipped with air conditioning. Advantages: swimming pool and sea. Perfect for children or teenagers.

Everything's fine.

The apartment itself was fine, quiet and in good condition, it was annoying with poor kitchen equipment (there was not enough of everything) and poorly working air conditioning, a big minus for the lack of a coffee machine and wifi

Directions were OK, handover OK, apartment OK, but shabby, no WiFi as advertised, pool about 50m away, reception/WLAN about 300m away in the neighboring complex, with 6 people only seating for max. 2 people outside, 2nd balcony not usable because the air conditioning heat exchanger was mounted there, right next to the bedroom, it was loud and warm... 1.2 km walk to the beach, 750 m to the nearest bakery/supermarket, lots of mosquitoes in the evening, for a short break with little demands, it was ok...

Damaged and worn bedding. Couch damaged and torn. Uncomfortable stay...

A little far from the sea but overall very good experience

Apartment as described, clean and tidy. There is a guarded swimming pool on the premises. Despite problems with air conditioning, the manager rose to the occasion and quickly solved the problem. A small suggestion that internet should be available in the apartments, not only at the reception.
