In the district of Lido Altanea 4 km from the centre of Caorle, 1.5 km from the centre of Porto Santa Margherita, 75 km from the centre of Venezia, 500 m from the sea. For shared use: property 45'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool kidney-shaped (700 m2, seasonal availability: 21.Apr. - 30.Sep.). Children's pool, hot tub, children's playground. In the complex: reception, restaurant, bar, bistro, WiFi, shopping facilities, kiosk. Supermarket 600 m, railway station "San Donà (Milano-Venezia-Triest)" 28 km, sandy beach 500 m, indoor swimming pool 400 m. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Free entrance to the public indoor swimming pool (400 m). 2 sunbeds and 1 parasol per apartment/house at the pool. Beach service: In the period from approx. middle of May till middle of September. 2 sun loungers and 1 parasol per apartment/house are included in the rental price.

the car-free, quiet complex is located approx. 800 m from the beach. It is well suited for families with small children. The separate children's pool is approx. 50 cm deep, but unfortunately has no stairs.

We were very satisfied. The facility was clean, the staff friendly. The small supermarket in the complex offers the most necessary. 3 minutes away by car is a large Aliper that leaves nothing to be desired. The beach was clean and ideal for the children. We rented 2 additional loungers for 10 EUR/day. We'd love to come back.

Very clean, layout ok, there is no WLAN!, you have to make your own beds, only sheets planned as a blanket, no blankets on site, you have to ask, with 6 people in the house you only get two loungers on the beach, that's not enough, some lights didn't work, in the booking there were two parking spaces for us, we only got one

Very nice house with good facilities, we enjoyed the holiday very much. The beach is a little further away than described but easy to reach. Unfortunately, WiFi didn't work at all, but it was a good way to switch off on vacation.

In my opinion this place is very good for families with children and people who don't expect silence. Can be quite loud. Equipment is quite good. Internet, you have to take cable to connect computer. You can also rent it. Socket adapter also is veryimportant.
