I would book direct next time the prices have gone up so much. You have to book and pay for travel cancellation insurance even if you don't need it. Makes everything unnecessarily expensive, spoke to other vacationers who booked a large apartment and booked it directly for almost half the price.

I thought when booking that the wording of HtG-Interchalet is identical. Big mistake. A washing machine and coffee maker was promised. WM was missing completely, despite existing connections. Coffee machine was delivered on request. There is a high noise level in the facility. The rule of silence is not observed or controlled. Garbage collection daily between 6:15 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. The WLAN is also very weak.
