With stunning views of the Umbrian countryside, this charming farmhouse, dating back to the 14th century, is idyllic. Relax in the private pool and hot tub or take in the vistas at sunset from the many terraces. Set on a luxurious estate, you’ll have access to fantastic facilities, from catering and food deliveries to air balloon flights. This home is one of the oldest villas here, so there are ancient stone walls, terracotta floors and cosy fireplaces. Plus, there are a couple of living rooms, including one in what was once an attached chapel, so there’s plenty of space for everyone. And as for the location, well, that’s special too – it’s situated in the heart of the rural Umbrian landscape.

*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot, baby bath and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.

*You may need to hire a car to get the most out of the area. The home is in a rural location, on the top of a hill (600 metres above sea level) within a country estate, which is a working agricultural farm. The access road to the house is long and sometimes steep, so it's not suitable for sports cars or any other low-height car. We would recommend hiring a four-wheel drive. There's free parking here.
