Private: large garden 1 ha (fenced), swimming pool (4 x 9 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, patio, garden furniture, barbecue house, children's playground. In the house: washing machine. On request. Motor access (1 km via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Grocery 8 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 1 km, bathing lake "Trasimeno" 50 km. Nearby attractions: Spello 18 km, Perugia 30 km, Todi 35 km. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families, baby equipment on request. The accommodation is in a fantastic location with a beautiful view. The outdoor area is large and offers space for a variety of leisure activities. There is also enough space in the house for a large group or, thanks to the outside staircase, it can also be separated for 2 families. The journey is a little long and rocky, which you should know, but you have peace and quiet on the property and can enjoy it. Everything was very nice.

The photos reflect the location well but do not do justice to the spectacular location overlooking the valley and which is a short distance from the main points of interest. The host R. made himself available and friendly, the quality / price ratio is excellent and the comfort inside the house is optimal for 12 people as we were.

We had a great time.We were a group of 7 people, two families.The house is very comfortable, clean, very fresh, the outdoor spaces are fantastic. There is a very large and cool veranda where you can eat in many. The space around the pool is comfortable. The external lighting is very accurate and the pool lights up creating a nice atmosphere. The owner was very kind, punctual and helpful. The house is a few kilometers from Assisi, Spello and is very convenient for touring. We will be back!

Very good value for money. The villa has everything you need. the pool is perfect with a view you never get tired of. The reception by XXX was excellent. The car is essential because the villa is far from the city, but it is the price to pay for tranquility. I highly recommend this rental.

This is a fantastic house and the view is phenomenal. The owner is very friendly and jovial. We really enjoyed the lovely pool and the cool house. The children had a great time in the large garden and were not bored for a minute. Only the wifi struggled every now and then.
