Set within a private country estate in the heart of Umbria, this elegant villa is all about space, privacy and open countryside. Surrounded by olive groves and woodland, it feels pleasingly secluded, yet the medieval town of Perugia and the village of Pierantonio are both within easy reach by car – we’d recommend having one to make the most of the local area. The split layout – a main house plus separate annexe, each housing two bedrooms – works beautifully for groups, giving everyone space and independence. Outdoors is where this villa really shines, from morning coffees under the shaded pergola to lingering, private-chef feasts by the infinity-edge pool (or any other special extras you'd like your host to arrange), followed by sunset drinks on the panoramic terraces.
