Terrace furniture, sitting area. Marvellous view of the lake. Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net. Internet (WiFi, free). 2 small pets/ dogs allowed. No internal connecting door between the floors.

Child friendly, very beautiful villa "Casale dei tigli", renovated, surrounded by trees. In the hamlet San Feliciano, in a quiet position on top of a hill, 1 km from the lake. Private: park (fenced), flowers and trees, swimming pool (6 x 10 m, depth 130 - 230 cm, seasonal availability: 05.May. - 01.Oct.). Pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Cook on request. Pre-arrival grocery service. Airport transfer (extra). Motor access (300 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop, grocery, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop 300 m, pebble beach 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km. Nearby attractions: Isola Polvese 4 km, Perugia 25 km, Cortona 30 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago Trasimeno 1 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. The tap water has no drinking water quality. Pool towels are available on request at a cost of €5,00 extra per person. Please note that the firewood can be purchased in the area nearby at an extra cost. The use of the house and the surrounding is max for 10 people, daily and night.

The old house enchants from the first moment. The patina suggests that the "golden years" of the present may already be over - but that's what makes it so special. The technical facilities all work perfectly. The WLAN occasionally stalls, but the network coverage is excellent, so that you can easily switch to your hotspot. The on-site support was particularly warm - help and answers to questions were always available.

Unfortunately the bathroom in the ground floor apartment that we had had a massive ventilation problem and stank for two weeks. Nothing has been put into a renovation for a long time. For an older pool lounger, I had to pay an additional 40 euros for damage, which was deducted from the deposit. The neighbor had dogs, which were outdoors in the kennel and sometimes barked day and night - unfortunately, despite the remote location, there was hardly any peace.
