House very nicely located and well furnished. Very quiet location with a beautiful view. Enough seating, inside and outside, sun loungers, etc. Available. Convenient central location in Tuscany. Older building, accordingly somewhat reduced comfort, in heavy rain it rained temporarily through the roof. However, it is good value for money. We had heavy rains again and again, after that the steep gravel driveway to the road was difficult.

Beautifully situated holiday home with a beautiful view, which, however, is in urgent need of renovation. Beds are in very bad condition, furniture is all outdated, walls and ceilings are full of cracks and tears. Very poor wifi connection and air con would have been welcome. San Gimignano is a lovely town and ideally located for excursions to, among others, Siena and Florence.
