The accommodation is located 2.2 km from the San Giminiano town sign, amidst the vineyards. Access is mostly on gravel. The view is fantastic, the pool is cool. The accommodation is very spacious, but very noisy; you can hear every word your neighbor says. The bathroom facilities take some getting used to. Internet/Wi-Fi is only available near the pool, and cell reception is poor. A very friendly welcome, a great team, and excellent wine.

The accommodation is good (for Italian standards) and corresponds to the description. The location is a bit "out of the way". The kitchen has basically everything you need. The coffee machine is a traditional machine for filter bags and instant coffee. The refrigerator is large. The garden with pool is very attractive. The seating area in front of the apartment rounds off the stay. The WiFi was not really available. The bed is uncomfortable. It is thinly soundproof.

From the property, which can be reached via a steep and unpaved path, there is a beautiful view of the town of San Gimignano. The pool is spacious and there are plenty of umbrellas and sunbeds. The kitchen is very minimally equipped, making cooking a challenge. The cottage is fairly clean. Unfortunately, there is no good mosquito net to sleep under so that the many mosquitoes see their chance at night. In addition, there was no wifi in the house and there was only wifi at the pool during the day.

An absolutely enjoyable stay. Amazing views. A difficult driveway along a gravel road, winding and uphill, but the view is breathtaking. Poor phone coverage and poor wi-fi are also a plus - we had time for ourselves, reading books and enjoying the place. Very nice and helpful staff. We felt completely relaxed there. The only downside is the poorly soundproofed individual apartments and you could hear your neighbors. But we would go there again.

The accommodation is "getting old"; the canal system is an impertinence and the access road is reminiscent of a tank training area.
