*This villa has three floors, all accessible by stairs. The ground floor has a living area, dining room, and three double bedrooms and bathrooms. The first level houses the fourth bedroom, while the kitchen and fourth bathroom are on the lower ground floor.
*Air conditioning is only available in the bedrooms.
*The swimming pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. It's heated at no extra cost.
