Unfortunately, the rooms are generally dirty and unkempt (cobwebs, dirty floors, and washrooms). The surrounding area is also poorly maintained. The kitchen equipment was okay, and the pool was good. We had exclusive use of the pool for two weeks. The owner is friendly and uncomplicated. There are a lot of mosquitoes and ants in the house.

The cottage has all the authentic charm of a typical Tuscan home. The spacious swimming pool is a real bonus on hot days. Although peacefully situated, it's centrally located with shops and restaurants nearby, lovely walks nearby, and many beautiful excursions within a 1.5-hour drive. Another tip for the owner: provide some information about the immediate area (hikes, local vendors, typical products, etc.) and perhaps a sign at the driveway.

The house corresponds to the description. It must be beautiful in good weather, but we came in April and it rained a lot. The house has no ventilation and you have to pay extra for heating (5.50 euros per liter of LPG, i.e. 120 euros for a week, using it as little as possible). The owner is quick to respond to requests.

Beautiful, authentic and spacious holiday home. Excellent beds. Completely private. Owners very helpful when asked. The address is not known in navigation and therefore difficult to find. After a phone call we were picked up in the village.

The rural setting in the middle of olive trees. Pebble path to access. Accommodating hostess even if you have to communicate in Italian (translation app). The rustic accommodation with 2 large bedrooms. The bathroom deserves to be redone: two small adjoining rooms each with a shower cubicle, the toilet in the second, the sink in the first. The house is a nicely renovated farm barn with a lovely covered patio and a lovely clean pool in the complex. The description is essentially correct, but the driveway is a "gravel road" and not a winery. There was also a lack of German TV programs. The back bedroom smelled of gas as it is right next to the gas heater. We complained about this - the owner could not change this. The only advice was: close the window. The lighting
