A real gem, lots of details and apart from the unusual bed linen, simply great. The access is a little steep and bumpy, but no problem with a normal car. Very well maintained, you can tell that the owner also goes on holiday here. Very quiet and landscaped, you have to like it, but good for switching off. 5⭐

The accommodation met our expectations. However, the approach is not recommended for lowered vehicles. The stairs to the upper floor are very steep and therefore not recommended for older people. We felt very comfortable here and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Shopping in Cecina. Brown sandy beach in Mare di Cecina. Trips to Pisa, Lucca, Volterra and San Gimignano are recommended.
