Capo d'Arco was a pleasant surprise, unknown to us even though we have been to the island several times. The house is a bit dated and it is especially noticeable in the furnishings. The kitchen utensils are insufficient and any type of oven is missing. Cleaning is poor. The person who gave us the keys had a bit too much fratta. The surrounding environment is very well cared for and relaxing, the swimming pools are splendid. Overall the holiday was pleasant and recommended for those who love nature.

This rental has positive points: quiet, in a green setting, a pleasant terrace on the roof, air conditioning. Negative points: the cleaning price is excessive (80€) and the apartment is not very clean. A very quick welcome and no explanations given. Average bedding quality. You have to pay for the deckchairs in the pool and the regulations are very strict (no inflatable buoy, no right to jump from the edge, no right to put your towel where you want: only in dedicated spaces, at the deviation from the swimming pool...) and supervisors who are there to call you to order at the slightest deviation. Difficult to enjoy well in these conditions.

Well furnished house, with all the comforts Beautiful sea view from the balcony where you can eat comfortably in 4, alternatively the larger terrace. Apartment inside the Capo d'arco structure, perfect for swimming pools, beaches and services. A true haven of peace! The only drawback is the cleaning costs! The fixed fee per person regardless of the period is a bit off the market ...
