A forty-minute drive from Florence, and close to Chianti’s many world-class wineries, this villa is in a superb spot for getting to know Tuscany. When you’re not busy exploring one of Italy’s best-loved regions, this characterful farmhouse provides a picturesque place to relax. Swim in the pool, surrounded by lush greenery. Share alfresco lunches and barbecues on the terrace. Or enjoy a spot of friendly competition over a game of table tennis or pool. It’s also a great pick for groups, with one bedroom having independent access from the garden (providing a little extra privacy).

*While some of the bathrooms aren't photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*This home is set over multiple floors, so you'll need to be able to climb stairs here. It might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility. Take extra care on the stairs leading to the tower from one of the bedrooms.
*One of the double bedrooms is located on the lower-ground floor and is only accessible from the garden.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*The saltwater swimming pool is only available for use between 15th May and 30th September.
*Fifteen hours of cleaning per week are included here.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay.
