Spacious apartment at the top of the villa with a large terrace and an unobstructed view of the sea, absolutely quiet! Cafes, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. We recommend. A bit difficult to reach for those with "foot problems".

View is stunning. The owner is very friendly and easily accessible. Equipment is very good. French press for coffee. Microwave. crockery all there. beds comfortable. Air conditioning was not missing. Fan in the children's room is sufficient. Parking available in the very narrow cul-de-sac. Also suitable for children. Lots of stairs. Lies on a slope. 2 minutes to the pebble beach. A lot of fish. Very suitable for snorkeling. water very clean. Great neighborhood!!

For us, the house "il Sorriso" was in the perfect location, with a view of the sea, in a quiet location and only a few steps from the sea. Nevertheless, we were in the center in a few minutes.

Great location, tasteful decor, e.g. T. in need of renovation, at least not after recent renovation - as described-looked. Defective patio furniture and broken parasol. Unacceptable at this price level.

The heating didn't work the first two days, we had 14 degrees! The entire interior is completely dated, careless and impractical. No kitchen knife, no extractor fan, a set of kitchen and bath towels for 2 weeks. Shower splashes in all directions. Additional bath towels 6 euros per towel. The owner came over Easter, we were finally warm, on Easter Tuesday she left and turned off the heating. After 10 days (instead of 14!) we left completely frustrated. Absolutely avoid!

A great apartment in a quiet yet central location to Porto Vecchio. Very nice sea view from roof terrace and bedroom. A bit difficult to get the apartment warm in winter.

Very nice and quiet location with a wide view over the sea. Parking good for a larger car. Access via several flights of stairs. Apartment nice and spacious. Small beach very close. Harbor promenade within easy walking distance. Would love to come back.

Casa Villa Sorriso is a "magical" structure ... even if located a few steps from the main port of Porto Santo Stefano, as soon as you pass the Port Authority, you begin to "savor" the silence ... surrounded only by the sound of the sea and some passing boat. From the terrace of the house you become the "protagonist" ... from dawn in the morning to the sky full of stars at night. Super clean house linens. Double bedroom with a window overlooking the sea.

The view over the bay from the roof terrace is fantastic. However, the facility is getting old and in need of repairs (kitchen utensils, bathroom lamp) According to the guest book, these defects have been known for a long time but have not yet been remedied. Particularly noteworthy here is the defective parasol holder, where the parasol falls over at the slightest breeze (on the first day it almost fell on our toddler).

The big plus of this rental is its geographical location and the sea view associated with the terrace. Comfort level: sufficient for the holidays but a little more attention would be appreciated such as a parasol or even one or two deckchairs on the terrace and a fan for each room
