The owner is very friendly. The apartment is clean and well equipped, unfortunately there are no sockets in the bedroom, or there are 2 or even 3 different types if I remember correctly. Adapters would be helpful. There is free internet. Bed linen and towels cost €10 per person. Parking: An SUV just fits, a station wagon never. For example a golf or something smaller would be best. Unfortunately very expensive.

We felt very comfortable. The apartment is in a quiet area, but you can still reach the hotspots quickly. The apartment is very well equipped, you have everything you need. Maurizio is very nice and tries hard.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a holiday in a holiday apartment. The area is nice and quiet, a bit out of the way and yet you can quickly reach the sea. A very good starting point for smaller excursions. One is fast in Pisa, Lucca, Forte dei Marmi and Florence. You can also discover many smaller towns around. The existing jacuzzi is a highlight that makes everything even more beautiful. M., the landlord, takes great care of his guests, just perfect.

We felt very comfortable in the Serenella apartment. The apartment is well equipped (2 toilets, shower/bathtub, dishwasher, washing machine) and was handed over to us very clean. The equipment with towels is very plentiful. Very quiet area, 15 minutes by car from the beautiful sandy beaches of Versilia. A bakery with everything for daily needs can be reached in 10 minutes by foot.

Very pleasant holiday, the apartment is located very close to Forte Dei Marmi, in a very quiet area, the structure is very nice and spacious, but the thing we liked most was the wonderful welcome and helpfulness of the owner.

Stayed in the apartment for a week in September. M. is a great host (speaks German and English), is always available if you have a question or concern and it doesn't bother you at all that he and his wife also live there (you have enough privacy). The accommodation is immaculately clean and well equipped in a tranquil setting. Were here with a small child and a large German Shepherd and were able to enjoy it totally relaxed
