The house is very remote and difficult to reach via a rocky gravel path (approx. 1 km). Only those looking for peace and seclusion are in the right place here. The kitchen equipment and the garden furniture are a bit old, but the vine-covered roof provides pleasant shade... The shower needs to be replaced, otherwise the bathroom is fine. The living units are separate and each has its own terrace. Outdoor area.

A very nice property with a large property. Even if the entire house is full (3 units), there are plenty of opportunities to find a nice shady spot under the trees.
