This stone farmhouse sits in the hills of Montecatini Val di Cecina – right in the middle of a wine estate, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Every bedroom opens straight into the garden, with one including its own kitchenette. Outside, there’s plenty to keep everyone occupied, from the pool and hot tub to a soon-to-be-opened tennis court, a children’s play area, and a sports pitch. Evenings are best spent under the pergola, where you’ll find a barbecue and wood-fired oven. You're also welcome to visit the winery for tastings. And when you want to explore, the coast is a forty-minute drive away, plus the nearby picturesque village of Montecatini Val di Cecina is close by. What's not to love?

*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*For those with reduced mobility, there are two ground-floor bedrooms and two ground-floor bathrooms here, as well as a separate cloakroom.
*The two bedrooms on the first floor both have a living area and a private outdoor terrace. The second one also has a kitchenette and dining area.
*The fenced grounds include a tennis court, which will be open for the 2027 season.
*While the fifth bathroom isn’t photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
