Beautifully located property, set a little way out on a hillside between olive groves, with a fantastic view of the valley and town. The kids loved the pool. Thanks to the air conditioning and mosquito nets, the landlord was very easy to deal with. Unfortunately, the apartment shows slight signs of mold, the shower alternates between hot and cold, and the refrigerator has no freezer compartment. In short, a few deductions from the B rating, but we still had a great time!

The accommodation is beautifully located above the city, without any traffic. The structure is a wonderful complex. The apartments are nicely distributed throughout the grounds. Unfortunately, our apartment was showing its age. The lamps flickered. The beds were completely uninviting. The bedside tables in the children's room were so loose that the lamps kept falling off. The bathroom was no longer nice. It was probably renovated 30 years ago, but it still looks the same 30 years later. Cleanliness was poor.

The property offers a beautiful view of Montecatini Terme, and F., the owner's daughter, is very friendly and helpful, as are the other staff members. Unfortunately, the apartment was in very poor condition, with mold in all the rooms. On Mondays and Thursdays, groups of visitors disturbed the peace, and we had to clean the pool ourselves every day. Not recommended in this condition.

Upon arrival, the apartment smelled and had mold on some of the walls. The furnishings were poor, with numerous defects (part of the three-panel shower door was missing, a cracked TV screen, etc.). The outdoor areas were not cleaned, and the recreational facilities (foosball table, sauna) were unusable. It seemed as if we were too early in the season (over Easter) and weren't expected yet.
