Holiday Rental Description

For a comfortable Tuscan escape, look no further. This beautiful 18th-century villa sits within 18 acres of olive groves and chestnut and oak woods, in a scenic position overlooking a lush green valley. There are vineyards and three golf courses nearby, but you might find it hard to tear yourselves away from the villa – you’ll have everything you need here for a relaxing break. Outside, there’s a private pool with hydromassage and swim jet features, and a gazebo where you can dine under the stars – and your host can arrange a private chef. Inside, you’ll find antique furniture, Persian carpets, and rustic features, including wooden beams – it’s charming and traditional.

*At full occupancy, four guests will sleep on two sofa beds in the living spaces.
*There’s parking for up to five cars here. We recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay.
*The swimming pool is open from 15th April to 10th October.
*This home is spread over three floors, so it may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility.
*Bedroom four is equipped with a king-size bed and a single bed on a mezzanine level above it, accessible via a steep spiral staircase.
*Your host can provide three cots and high chairs for little ones.
*A Continental breakfast is provided on the first morning, and a light dinner on the first evening.
*Your host has arranged three hours of mid-week cleaning.
