Beautiful surroundings and a lovely pool, but it’s a shame you can hear the highway. The house isn’t very large (the living room is quite small) and not very tastefully decorated, but everything you need is there. The pool, surrounded by stunning oleanders, is really nice. The kitchen is very outdated (much too old!) and dirty. The whole house is reasonably clean. An absolute must: visit is the fantastic restaurant nearby: Osteria Il Bivio.

Very nice, quiet location. Pool area clean and inviting. Outdoor seating invites you to linger. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment you need. Unfortunately, the furnishings in the house (kitchen furniture, beds) are already worn. Wardrobes had an unpleasant smell, so we didn't use them. Insect protection in the downstairs bedroom would be absolutely necessary! Parking directly in front of the house possible. Shopping possible by car in a few minutes. A "so-so" for cleanliness!! No German TV

Beautiful location in the mountains of Tuscany. Cities Lucca, Firenze, Montecatini Alto, Pistoia… all nearby. We traveled as a family (children 9 and 12 years old). The house has its own swimming pool and a table tennis table that the children often used. Breakfast outside every morning with a beautiful view. The house needs some TLC and a few new mattresses, but the above makes you forget this. We would go there again!!!

Beautiful location on a hill with far-reaching views and its own private pool. A bit remote but still very central. Motorway connection directly in the village.

Superb view for this house lost in the middle of olive groves. Pleasant private swimming pool. Charming welcome. Near the very pretty village of Montecatini Alto and its beautiful restaurant terraces. We only regret certain services not quite related to the rental price, such as the gutted garden chairs or the somewhat old-style kitchen…

come old house with a certain charm but badly neglected. No German language house description, no contact person on site. House technology partially defective. Location, pool and sanitary facilities quite acceptable

We stayed in Casa di Iacopo for 10 days, from april 21 to may 1. The views from the terrace are even more beautiful than what you see on the pictures. We have enjoyed the swimming pool a couple of times and were surprised by the possibility of hiking to Montecatini Alto directly from the property. The house has everything one would expect from a holiday destination. We have had several day trips: Florence by train, the rest (Lucca, Pistoia, Populonia, Siena, Vinci, Mugello, Lunegiana and Carrara) by car.

5 stars because of the location. Great, in the middle of the olive grove.Otherwise it's the usual Italian style with kitchen equipment that could be improved.Everything that doesn't work properly would also have to be repaired, such as light bulbs, refrigerator doors, pool lighting, etc.The driveway is normally passable.
