Our time at Casseta Manini & Olivo-House flew by! We booked both halves of the house with three families and children. The houses are around 200 years old and have their own special charm. They are well-equipped, and we lacked almost nothing. At Casseta Manini, the air conditioning was newly installed and not yet operational. If you value this, you should check in advance. L. & C. welcomed us and looked after us wonderfully! Thank you so much again!

The accommodation consisted of 2 very nice houses built next to each other, but they were maintained to different degrees. One was in excellent condition, the other had a leaky roof (let the rain in). L. was an excellent host, the other house was less well looked after. The reviews below would be more positive if both houses were of the same standard.

Very hospitable and friendly landlords. Great house in Tuscany. Isolated, beautiful. Road not suitable for sports cars. There were eight of us there in a VW bus and we had no problems. We will definitely come back.

Very nice landlords. Quiet and beautiful surroundings. Great pool, not just for children. The pool is looked after almost daily. One half of the house had to contend with small millipedes. All in all a very beautiful property, we were able to take what we brewed from the herb garden.

If you are looking for a quiet and beautiful place for 1-2 families, this is perfect. Nice pool, good house, nice view, extremely friendly host. A/C in one part of the house.

Very pretty old stone house and a beautiful place for people who love nature and calm. Nice view over fields of olive trees. The house and the swimming pool conform to the photos posted on the site. We left with three families and it was just perfect because everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The owner was very friendly and gave good advice, plus he speaks French... However, it was essential to have his car. We had a great stay in Tuscany.

We had a wonderful time at La Casetta! There are many things to discover on the large property and you can harvest what is ripe (tomatoes, figs, peperoncino, etc.). Our landlord L. was very accommodating and always had an open ear and tips for us. We can heartily recommend this accommodation :)

The house is very well located in the middle of the countryside, perhaps a bit far from the sea but close to Grosseto which is a charming little town. Ideal for two families since it is actually two houses. The garden furniture could be a little more comfortable.... The welcome is very warm and very friendly, the swimming pool was greatly appreciated by young and old alike. A place we would gladly return to
