This villa in Grosseto is surrounded by vineyards and makes a great base for exploring Maremma. There's plenty of space to spread out, as it's set over three floors. As well as three living rooms, you'll be able to use the gym and even relax in the sauna. Outside, there’s a terrace for alfresco meals and a total of three pools, including one especially for kids. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and there’s a sofa bed available for kids if needed. You’ll need a car here, but Grosseto’s restaurants and shops are only a twenty-minute drive. Plus, it's only half an hour to Marina di Grosseto's white sand beaches.

*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's free parking here. The road to the house is uneven, so take extra care when driving.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot for free. You'll need to request it in advance.
*The swimming pools are only available for use between 1st May and 30th September. There are three in total: a children's pool, a jacuzzi pool and a larger pool with a waterfall feature.
*Bed linen and towels are changed weekly.
